Charming stay with local flavor

The cute host, Mr Bhavin. The communal kitchen was clean and well-equipped. A beautiful green park nearby was a highlight for evening strolls.

While the room was comfortable, it did feel a bit basic, and our private bathroom was not as luxurious as expected. Parking was also tight.

House Bed & Breakfast is a gem for culinary enthusiasts! The host serves good halal snacks, and the shared kitchen is perfect for whipping up meals. It's just a quick stroll to local favorites like Happiness Garden and Pasta Di Piazza, both less than a mile away!

A few quirks, like some rooms having only basic features. Parking can be a tight squeeze, especially for a big tribe, but it's secure.

The shared kitchen could stand to be cleaner, which could be a challenge with multiple users. There's dust and hairs lurking in private bathrooms that need attention, not to mention we received a dirty towel initially. More pillows would be a welcome addition for double occupancy.

I stayed for 1 night and needed a convenient place to rest before exploring nearby attractions. The Double Room with Private Bathroom was a decent size, clean, and warm, which made it comfortable for my stay. I appreciated the friendly welcome from the host, and the location was just fine for my needs, especially being close to the Capital Ring for a leisurely walk. the bathtub was a bit deep for an elderly person, so that should be noted.

Utilize the well-equipped communal kitchen for meals to enhance your stay, but be mindful of potential noise from other guests.

Straight talk, worth it or not?

The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets. The host's warm welcome and helpful suggestions for refreshments enhanced the stay.

Location was acceptable, but parking was slightly tight, which may be challenging for larger vehicles.

my stay was upgraded with the warm hospitality of the host and the hotel's proximity to fine green spaces like Lammas Park, perfect for evening strolls.

The house is a pearl in the oyster, spacious enough for a family of 12 and Mr Bhavin brings a warm touch to the place. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even a super-sized stove.

It wasn't cheap but still quite acceptable when considering the amenities and comfort provided.

the fridge treats like beer and snacks are a fun touch but kitchen cleanliness needs work.

Free wifi and free parking were great. The dryer was a bit noisy.
